LP-Loading Plan: DSV Origins must wait for LP approval confirmation from DSV CO, as it may take up to 48 working hours to obtain customer confirmation to proceed. Once approved it, the OSC team will notify to the respective Origin branch. MBL Instructions: Freight Prepaid – and it must have a release order to print at destination. MBL Draft: Must be submitted 4 days prior to ETD; if corrections are required, we must notify the changes or modifications within 48 working hours after receipt; the amended MBL must be reviewed and approved again, before cargo departure, otherwise, overcharges can be applying. MBL Final: The instruction to be printed at destination must be uploaded in CW1 and confirmed via email within a maximum timeline of 48 working hs after ETD. (Colombia does not accept SWB - Seaway bill). Cargo Departure: The confirmation of cargo departure must be notified within a maximum of 24 working hs after sailing of cargo, which in turn must also be confirmed in CW1. Note: If the cargo is destined to CTG HUB (transshipment to Central America) DSV Origin must confirm Code 64 in CW1 to proceed the invoicing accordingly. At the same time, DSV OSC BOG must link the CCS Impo Service to an Export CCS shipment to the country related in the HBL, and then, it continues the internal process as “ Attached ” within CW1 and the financial process to DSV origin (Accruals and Invoicing for OF & TS).
