All DSV customers with an active account can sign up for DSV Shop access. You need a company address located in Denmark or Sweden. How do I get access to DSV Shop? Please follow these steps to get access: 1. Go to https://shop.dsv.com and click on Sign UP. 2. Fill in the required fields and click on Sign UP . 3. DSV will send an e-mail where we ask you to click on Verify E-mail . 4. DSV will return with an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours on week days and then you are ready to Sign IN via the link we send to your registered e-mail address How will I get invoiced? You will get one invoice per Order Confirmation from DSV. Prices and VAT: All prices on DSV Shop is excluding local VAT. All amounts will be invoiced with local VAT included. What are the payment terms? The payment terms are in accordance with the payment terms under any transport and/or warehousing agreement between DSV and Customer, and if such agreement does not exist within 30 days from the date of invoice. Do you offer free delivery? Yes, Order for a minimum of DKK 1.200,00 or SEK 1.400,00 to have your order delivered for free. For Purchase Agreements with a value of less than DKK 1.200,00 or SEK 1.400,00, DSV will charge a shipping fee of DKK 200,00 or SEK 300 for delivery to an address within Customer’s country, Denmark or Sweden.
