12.2.1 Filters Filter the user list by user status. Select one or multiples depending on your search requirements. 12.2.2 Sort By Sort the user list by either Status, Email (a-z) or Email (z-a) 12.2.3 User Status meaning and available actions Ok Status – Fully setup in myDSV • Edit Customer and Roles – Update an individual user’s information and user role. • Deactivate – Remove access to the company account. User no longer will be able to access customer’s account details in myDSV. Awaiting Approval – User has requested access to the company account in myDSV. Access pending approval by administrator or DSV. • Deny Access – Reject request to access customer’s account within myDSV. User will move to the Denied status. • Approve – Accept request to access customer’s account within myDSV. User will move to OK status. Invited – Administrator has sent a user an invitation to access myDSV. • Cancel Invitation – Administrator has cancelled the invitation before the user has accepted the initial invitation. User moves to Cancelled status. Deactivated – User has removed from the account by an administrator. • Reactivate user – Administrator can reinstate the user to the account. No additional steps need by user. User moves to OK status. Denied – User’s request to access the customer’s account was rejected by an administrator. • Reactivate user – Administrator can approve the user giving access to the account. No additional steps needed by user. User moves to OK status. Cancelled – The initial invitation from the administrator was cancelled. • Reactivate user – Administrator can reissue the invitation to the user.
