The contractor agrees that the actual version of the above-mentioned terms is part of all contracts concerning freight transport orders ordered by the DSV Group Germany (DSV Air & Sea Germany GmbH, DSV Air & Sea Deutschland GmbH, DSV Road GmbH, Schenker Deutschland AG, DSV Contract Logistics GmbH, DSV Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG, DSV Fairs & Events GmbH) from the day of their signing. The contractor is aware that the actual version of the General Terms and Conditions for freight transport orders of DSV Group Germany is available at www.dsv.com/de-de/. The contractor will inform himself about any changes.
