Schenker Integration Customer LetterDSV and Schenker Integration in Malaysia 03/02/2026 Dear Valued Customers / Business Partners, We are pleased to inform you that, following the successful closing of DSV’s acquisition of Schenker on 30 April 2025, we are now entering the next phase of our integration. As our valued business partners, we would like to keep you updated. Effective 1 April 2026, DSV and Schenker will officially join forces in Malaysia. While our team in Malaysia will continue to facilitate ‘business as usual’ with minimal impact on your business, we would like to make you aware of a few changes that will accompany this process: From 1 April 2026, the businesses of DSV and Schenker in Malaysia will be integrated under three new entities: • Air & Sea Freight → DSV Air & Sea (Freight) Sdn. Bhd. • Road / Land Transport → DSV Road Sdn. Bhd. • Contract Logistics / Solutions → DSV Contract Logistics Sdn. Bhd. What this means for you? • Terms and conditions of your existing contracts and services with us remain valid and unchanged unless as further advised and mutually agreed – only the operating company names will be updated. • Invoices and shipping documents will be issued under the new entity name. • Bank details will change from 1 April 2026. Please refer to the appendix. • DSV banking information needs to be updated in your accounting system. • DSV needs to be approved as a vendor/supplier to your organization. • DSV needs to be appointed as your customs declaring agent.
