Please note the LATEST DATES OF ARRIVAL for the following: - Sea freight FCL shipments to K.S.A must arrive in Dammam port by Wednesday 25 th NOV 2026 at the latest. - Sea freight LCL shipments to K.S.A must arrive in Dammam port by Wednesday 25 th NOV 2026 at the latest. - Airfreight shipments to K.S.A must arrive at Riyadh Airport by Tuesday 1 st December 2026 at the latest. - Road Freight shipments to K.S.A must arrive to Saudi borders by Saturday 5 th December 2026 at the latest Please Note: LCL sea freight shipments are Strictly NOT recommended as the clearance process is very lengthy, and it takes a very long time for a co-loader to de-consolidate an LCL Container in Saudi. This is beyond our control and therefore, we DSV Fairs & Events cannot be held responsible if the LCL container is not deconsolidated by the co-loader on time and if there are any subsequent delays in the delivery of LCL shipments. DSV Fairs & Events are the Sole On-Site Handling Contractor (Cranes and Fork-lifts) Please ensure that you order your on-site handling services through DSV Fairs & Events so they can arrange accordingly.
