LATEST CARGO ARRIVAL DATES for the following: - Sea freight FCL shipments to Nigeria must arrive APAPA Port by Thursday 1 st May 2026 at the latest. - Airfreight shipments to Nigeria must arrive in Lagos Airport by Monday 12 th May 2026 at the latest. - LCL sea freight shipments are STRICTLY NOT recommended Please note the LATEST DOCUMENT RECEIVING DEADLINE DATES for the following: General Cargo Sea freight FCL documents must be received by Friday Monday 21 st April 2026 at the latest. Air freight Shipment documents must be received by Thursday 1 st May 2026 at the latest. Controlled Cargo (FDA controlled Items) Sea freight FCL documents must be received by Thursday 17 th April 2026 at the latest. Air freight Shipment documents must be received by Thursday 17 th April 2026 at the latest. DSV Fairs & Events are the Sole On-Site Handling Contractor (Cranes and Fork-lifts), Please ensure that you order your on-site handling services through DSV Fairs & Events so they can arrange accordingly.
