DSV Road AS - Holiday operations 2023.pdfDSV Road AS – November 2023 Christmas and New Year - 2023/2024 With Christmas and New Year imminent, it is necessary to plan distribution before-, during- and immediately after Christmas. DSV Road hereby informs about opening hours and routines for pick-up and delivery during Christmas and the following week after New year. We also inform you that in the beginning of 2024 (week 1 and week 2), there will be reduced capacity in the market. Customers who are already aware that they will have significant shipping volumes during that period are kindly requested to contact their regular DSV contact person promptly, so that we can secure capacity. Domestic Norway Pick-up and distribution From 18.12.23 and until - and including, 05.01.24, there will will be limited distribution and pick-up throughout Norway. One must therefore expect and add an extra 1 till 3 working days to our ordinary lead times. Vestby Terminal Due to the holiday season, we will operate with other opening hours at our location in Vestby and the terminal will be closed on the following days: • 24.12.23 • 25.12.23 • 26.12.23 • 31.12.23 • 01.01.24 The latest arrival of units on December 22 nd and 29 th 2023, respectively, is 6 p.m. As of January 2 nd , 2024, we will resume normal opening hours, but with somewhat reduced capacity. Linehaul Northern Norway: Our last ordinary departure will be Tuesday, December 19 th , 2023, with distribution after Christmas and New Year. Norway in general: For distribution in central areas before Christmas, and non-central areas after Christmas and New Year, last ordinary departure for all our scheduled traffics, will be Thursday, December 21 st , 2023. Throughout week 52, we will operate with a reduced capacity and departures on all linehauls. Note: Above dates for export and import are for guidance only and are subject for sudden changes. All shipments are done in accordance with the Nordic Freight Forwarders' Association's general regulations (NSAB2015 / 2020).
