Possible strike may affect parts of DSV’s operations in Norway from 19 May 12.05.2026 Mediation is currently taking place between NHO Logistikk og Transport and Fellesforbundet. If the parties fail to reach an agreement before the mediation deadline on Monday 18 May at midnight , parts of DSV’s operations may be affected by strike action from Tuesday 19 May 2026. As a result of the breakdown in negotiations between NHO LT and Fellesforbundet, mediation will take place on Monday 18 May. If the mediation does not result in an agreement, strike action may commence from Tuesday 19 May 2026. Fellesforbundet has issued a notice of potential strike action involving employees in DSV Road AS and DSV Contract Logistics AS. At this stage, it has not been clarified which parts of the business may be affected in the event of a conflict. DSV is closely monitoring the situation and continuously assessing how we can maintain as normal operations as possible within the applicable legal framework. A potential strike may particularly affect parts of the groupage and terminal operations. However, it is still too early to determine the specific operational consequences before the mediation process has concluded and any strike withdrawals have been formally confirmed. We encourage customers and partners to stay informed via our websites. Information will be updated continuously should new developments arise. Updated information is also available from: • The National Mediator of Norway (Riksmekleren) • NHO Logistikk og Transport • Fellesforbundet Kind regards, On behalf of DSV Rune Berg Stiansen Managing Director, Road Division 1 DSV internal
