General Terms and Conditions of Workshop Business Article 1 − Definitions and Interpretation 1.1 In these General Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings: a. Agreement All Agreements regarding Services (repair and maintenance works) and/or sale and delivery of spare parts and tires including these General Conditions between DSV and a Customer as well as all other instructions that the Customer issues to DSV Workshops and all associated actions including legal acts, b. Article An article in these General Conditions, c. Customer Every natural or legal person, non-consumer, with whom DSV enters into or wishes to enter into an Agreement, who buys or purchases Products or Services from DSV, and every other party who places an order with DSV and/or enters into negotiations with DSV, d. General Conditions These general terms and conditions for repair and maintenance work and/or sale and delivery of spare parts and tires is in its entirety called: “ General Terms and Conditions of Workshop Business ” , f. Party/Parties DSV and the Customer, individually and collectively, g. Products All property or assets supplied or to be supplied by DSV to a Customer on the basis of an Agreement, h. Services Work done or to be done by DSV for the Customer on the basis of an Agreement, i. Estimate An estimate of the approximate price of the Services and Products, j. Warranty Period The warranty period as defined in Article 10 of this General Conditions, k. Vehicle The Customers vehicle which may be a trailer or truck in all shades (heavy duty vehicle), l. Working Day A calendar day except for weekends and generally recognized public holidays on which the agreed Services are provided and/or the agreed Products are supplied, n. Territory DSV's workshops and associated facilities in the European Union.
