Countries not ensuring an adequate level of protection mean Data Exporter Data Importer means means Data Subject means DSV Group DSV Group Member Email means means means Group Privacy Responsible (GPR) means Local Privacy Responsible means countries outside the EEA where no adequacy decision, based on Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation, has been adopted by the EU Commission. the Controller who transfers Personal Data out of the EU/EEA. the Controller or Processor outside the EU/EEA who receives Personal Data from the Data Exporter. a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. DSV A/S and the DSV group entities listed in Appendix 2. any member of the DSV Group listed in Appendix 2. any text, voice, sound or image message sent over a public communications network or the secure internal network in the DSV Group which can be stored in the network or in the Recipient's terminal equipment until it is collected by the Recipient. the natural person in DSV in charge of protection of Personal Data in the DSV Group, the contact person for the lead Supervisory Authority and the highest authority in the DSV Group in relation to Data Protection matters, subject only to the Executive Management of DSV A/S. any national or regional representative (natural person) in charge of data protection in a DSV Group Member or group of DSV Group Members. 4
