Purpose The DSV Human Rights Policy outlines the standards we set for ourselves and our suppliers, detailing the responsibilities and rights of our employees and those of our suppliers as well as DSV’s responsibility in accordance with our human rights approach as established in the DSV Code of Conduct. DSV strongly believes that human rights are fundamental and must be protected at all times and we therefore ensure the rights of our employees, the employees of our suppliers and those of their sub-contractors, are protected. The Human Rights Policy is supplementary to the Code of Conduct and to the DSV Human Rights Programme, where our human rights approach is applied through risk mitigation measures. Scope and responsibility The Policy applies equally to all people who carry out services for DSV, whether directly as DSV employees or indirectly as employees of our suppliers, including DSV management and the Board of Directors. Where local rules and regulations require stricter standards than those set out in this Policy, the local law takes priority. The responsibility for the human rights approach in DSV is anchored with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board. The day-to-day responsibility for the human rights strategy lies with Group Sustainability & Compliance, which reviews this Policy annually and any changes are subject to approval by the Executive Board. This responsibility includes providing policies, such as this one, procedures and guidance to all DSV entities on how to comply with DSV’s requirements. DSV is committed to evaluating the outcome of this Policy's implementation, in collaboration with various affected stakeholders. We aim to identify, address and mitigate human rights concerns within our business through annual assessments of our operations. Local management are responsible for ensuring that this Policy is implemented throughout the operations and the supply chains as well as ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with this Policy. Both DSV employees and the employees of our suppliers are encouraged to report any knowledge or suspicion of a breach of this Policy through the DSV Whistleblower system, Integrity Line , to their direct manager, Human Resources, Group Sustainability & Compliance or any other channel they feel comfortable using. All reported concerns will be handled promptly and objectively, ensuring that actions are taken which are proportionate to the misconduct and ensure remedy of the impact. This includes any breaches identified within our supply chain which are directly linked to our operations. 3 DSV internal
