DSV policies in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking As DSV is committed to ensuring that modern slavery or human trafficking does not occur in any part of our business or supply chain, we have implemented a Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct which cover, among others, human and labour rights. In 2023, we published a Human Rights Policy as an extension to the Code of Conduct to more clearly reflect DSV’s support for and commitment to human rights. While we have not changed our approach to human rights with this new policy, we have used the standalone policy as an opportunity to further describe what responsibilities we all have in ensuring that human rights are protected and working conditions are maintained within our own operations and our supply chain. While our policies reiterate our stance against modern slavery and human trafficking, they also encourage employees and third parties to report any concerns, suspicion or knowledge of any instance of human rights concerns, illegal or unethical behaviour through our secure whistleblower system, DSV Integrity Line. The implementation of the Human Rights Policy was done at the same time as we launched our awareness campaign on the Integrity Line, to further ensure that employees understand their rights and can report any concerns of this to the system. All reports made to the Integrity Line are objectively scoped and investigated, followed by appropriate remedial actions. Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that all reporters who raise concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation. In 2022, we developed and implemented a Human Rights Programme whereby we could centralise our human rights risk identification, mitigation and monitoring processes. In 2023, we have fully 3
