environmental matters, cabotage, driving/rest time, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, minimum wages, hours and conditions of employment, health/safety and motor vehicle safety and the European Mobility Package in its entirety. 3.1.2. If secure air freight is being transported, HAULIER acknowledges his awareness of the applicable rules with regard to secure handling of air freight (Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 as of 11.03.2008, Regulation (EC) No 185/2010 as of 04.03.2010, by-law (EC) No. 2015/1998 as well as corrections and supplementary/additional regulations) and HAULIER understands and accepts to be obliged to comply with these rules. On DSV’s request HAULIER is obliged to provide documentation and evidence of HAULIER’s compliance with such rules. 3.1.3. In case of problems regarding compliance with applicable rules or regulations during the performance of the assignment, the driver shall contact the HAULIER, whereupon the HAULIER shall contact HAULIER’s daily contact person at DSV or the DSV person responsible for the assignment. DSV shall have no direct contact with the HAULIER's driver about such issues. 3.1.4. HAULIER and/or its driver are not authorised to request any person to violate applicable legislation or regulations, or DSV Supplier Code of Conduct. Such requests will be repudiated by DSV and notified to the managements of both DSV and HAULIER. 3.2. Driving, route and other instructions 3.2.1. DSV may provide driving and route instructions from time-to-time. HAULIER shall immediately the DSV person responsible for the assignment, if HAULIER believes that the instructions provided by DSV is contrary to applicable legislation, regulations, or rules, or is otherwise likely to result in breach of any legislation, regulations or rules, or is otherwise impossible to comply with due to the circumstance. The PARTIES will in good faith agree to an alternative solution. 3.2.2. HAULIER shall refrain from complying with instructions that HAULIER believes is contrary to applicable legislation, regulations and rules, and at the same time inform the management of DSV and HAULIER’s daily contact person at DSV thereof. HAULIER shall not be exempted from liability by following DSV’s driving instructions. HAULIER remain sole responsible and liable party for the performance of assignments and shall indemnify DSV for any claims arising from the performance of the assignment. 3.2.3. If instructions require special measures to be taken in the planning of the performance of the assignment, HAULIER bears the sole responsibility for ensuring such special measures. 3.2.4. HAULIER shall ensure that all drivers carry out all instructions given by DSV to the HAULIER. 3.2.5. If information received from a third party concerning the assignment is contrary to the information given to HAULIER by DSV, HAULIER and/or driver must contact the DSV person responsible for the assignment to have clarified which instruction to follow before departure. 3.3. Documentation, certificates, permits and licenses. 3.3.1. HAULIER warrant to have a valid road haulage permit in place for the duration of the AGREEMENT allowing for transport of goods by road for the account of others without limitation. The original permit must be present in the vehicle on every assignment. 3.3.2. HAULIER shall ensure to provide and/or collec t from DSV, authorities, DSV’s customer or other as relevant all documents, including but not limited to valid TIR Carnet, ATP certificate, CEMT-related documentation, trailer registration certificate and all other documents relevant for the performance of the assignment and compliance with this agreement, and deliver to the relevant persons during performance of the assignment, such as but not limited to customs authorities, other authorities and customers.
